David Haslam

Chief Operating Officer

David is a highly accomplished executive with deep experience in acquisitions, customer experience, product strategy, compliance, sales operations and business development. He has a strong track record of building teams, implementing technology solutions and driving significant performance improvements.

Previously, he served as Chief Operations Officer at LoanStar Technologies, a point-of-sale lending service that enables community financial institutions to expand their lending capabilities. He also served as EVP of Customer Experience at Apiture — a joint venture between Live Oak Bank and First Data/Fiserv — where he significantly enhanced customer satisfaction and retention, earning industry recognition. Earlier in his career, Haslam held senior roles including VP of Product Management at First Data and leadership positions at NCR, Intuit and Digital Insight, where he managed core and payment partnerships and led revenue growth initiatives.

David holds a B.A. from Davidson College and resides in Wilmington, NC.
