Kimberly Ploof is a seasoned financial services executive with over 30 years of experience in strategic alliances, client management and business growth. As Senior Vice President of Strategic Alliances, she leads enterprise partnerships and long-term growth strategies that drive consistent performance across the organization.

Previously, Ploof served as Managing Vice President at Velera (PSCU/Co-op Solutions), where she oversaw a $500M+ revenue portfolio and transformed account management into a more consultative and strategic function. She also played a key role in integrating Primax following its acquisition, expanding the company’s reach into new markets. Earlier leadership roles, including Regional Vice President and Account Executive, strengthened her track record in client success, retention and revenue growth.

Ploof began her career at Covera, rising to Chief Operating Officer and delivering a 30% profit increase through strategic restructuring and operational improvements. She has served on multiple industry committees and has been recognized with honors such as the PSCU President’s Award and the RVP Award. Ploof is also committed to community impact, championing initiatives such as the Children’s Miracle Network.
